This free, in-person event is a part of UW-Madison’s 175th anniversary celebrations, hosted by the Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association. No registration is necessary to attend.

This talk discusses the history of the dairy/cheese industry in Wisconsin. It showcases the support UW-Madison has provided to the dairy/cheese industry beginning in 1890 until the present. There will be taste testing of some of WI’s best cheese varieties!
